- If there’s no reply within 12 hours, production will proceed automatically to avoid delays.
4. Production & Delivery
- After your approval, your order moves into production.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your item has shipped.

2. Return & Refund Conditions
We are committed to the quality of our products. If your order encounters any of the following issues, you are eligible for a free replacement (Resend) or a 100% product refund:

- Product is damaged, deformed, scratched, or faulty during production or shipping.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following situations:
- Customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Personalization details entered incorrectly by the customer (including spelling errors, wrong name, wrong date, or any inaccurate information provided)
- Delivery failure due to recipient being unavailable or refusing delivery
- Orders that have been successfully delivered for more than 30 days (counting from the "Delivered" date)
