Processing Time
Each digital artwork is fully customized and hand-edited based on your pet’s photo and chosen concept.
The processing time depends on the option you select during checkout (between 15 hours and 48 hours).
File Delivery
- Once completed, your high-resolution artwork will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
- You’ll receive a secure download link to access your final file.
- All digital artworks are delivered in high-resolution format - perfect for printing or online sharing.
What to Expect
- You’ll receive a confirmation email right after placing your order.
- You’ll receive a second email with your finished digital file and download link within your selected delivery timeframe.

2. Physical Product Delivery
Mockup & Approval Process
- You will receive your personalized mockup within 2 business days after placing your order.
- You will have 12 hours to review and reply with any changes or approval.
- If we do not receive a response within 12 hours, we will proceed with production automatically to avoid delays.
Production & Shipping
- Once approved (or automatically after 12 hours), your order will move into production.
- Your product will be shipped according to the delivery time you selected during checkout.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Shipping Method
- Economy Shipping: 7-12 days
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 days
